👉 Sustainability Assurance
The IAASB (International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board) has published the International Standard on Sustainability Assurance 5000 (ISSA 5000).
This standard is intended to serve as a comprehensive, standalone standard suitable for all sustainability assurance engagements.
A range of guidance and application documents is scheduled for release in January 2025.

👉 Non-Listed SME Reporting
The EFRAG's Sustainability Reporting Board (SRB) has adopted its proposal for voluntary standards on sustainability reporting intended for non-listed SMEs (not legally required to submit a sustainability report).
These guidelines will shortly be submitted to the European Commission, which may decide to issue them as a legislative recommendation or official communication.
